As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will make home visits to patients in the Millsboro, DE area, following care plans that include medication administration, wound care, and monitoring. Requirements

• Current RN license in DE
• Minimum one year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred

• Follow designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Perform home visits and administer medication, wound care, treatments
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to management
