You'll run full-cycle searches across technical and business hiring for a high-growth startup building a programmable healthcare clearinghouse. You'll collaborate with leadership to scope roles, execute strategies, and raise the bar for talent. This role offers high autonomy in a fast-moving environment backed by top investors like Stripe.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Make every hire better than the last by maintaining a high bar for talent
  • Build strategic partnerships with functional leaders to assess hiring needs
  • Manage end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for technical positions
  • Communicate transparently with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership

📋 Requirements

  • At least 4 years of recruiting experience
  • At least 2 years of technical recruiting experience at high-growth startups
  • Proven track record of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
  • Experience in role scoping and providing constructive feedback on candidate fit

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Ashby (ATS)
  • Comfortable operating with high autonomy and decisiveness
