You'll run full-cycle searches across technical and business hiring for a high-growth startup building a programmable healthcare clearinghouse. You'll collaborate with leadership to scope roles, execute strategies, and raise the bar for talent. This role offers high autonomy in a fast-moving environment backed by top investors like Stripe.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Make every hire better than the last by maintaining a high bar for talent
- Build strategic partnerships with functional leaders to assess hiring needs
- Manage end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for technical positions
- Communicate transparently with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership
📋 Requirements
- At least 4 years of recruiting experience
- At least 2 years of technical recruiting experience at high-growth startups
- Proven track record of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
- Experience in role scoping and providing constructive feedback on candidate fit
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Ashby (ATS)
- Comfortable operating with high autonomy and decisiveness
