You will lead performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning at Robinhood, driving strategy and execution to build a high-performance culture. You'll partner with leaders across the People Team and business, leveraging AI to streamline processes and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years program management experience
• 5+ years owning performance strategy at global level
• Strong organization skills in fast-moving environment
• Ability to build and drive programs seamlessly
• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder alignment skills

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of performance reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning
• Build systems and processes for data-driven performance management
• Pioneer use of AI in performance management to streamline workflows and surface insights
