🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and execute regional enterprise sales strategy for large accounts
  • Build and develop a high-performing enterprise sales organization
  • Drive predictable revenue outcomes through structured pipeline reviews
  • Establish executive-level relationships with key enterprise customers

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years leading senior sales leaders in complex B2B sales
  • 8+ years in enterprise quota-carrying sales roles
  • Engineering background or selling into industrial organizations
  • CRM-driven sales management fluency (HubSpot preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
  • Background in sales engineering or customer success
