🎯 What You'll Do
- Define and execute regional enterprise sales strategy for large accounts
- Build and develop a high-performing enterprise sales organization
- Drive predictable revenue outcomes through structured pipeline reviews
- Establish executive-level relationships with key enterprise customers
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years leading senior sales leaders in complex B2B sales
- 8+ years in enterprise quota-carrying sales roles
- Engineering background or selling into industrial organizations
- CRM-driven sales management fluency (HubSpot preferred)
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
- Background in sales engineering or customer success
