- Develop scalable university partnership and ambassador program for Germany
- Deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns targeting German students
- Design and optimize culture-first program highlighting high-performing teams
- Lead events portfolio: source, negotiate, and execute high-impact events
- Build measurement framework linking brand activity to pipeline quality

- Strategic brand ownership: Own employer brand initiatives end to end
- Commercial and budget ownership: Manage annual budget with clear trade-offs
- Partnership and field execution: Work directly with universities and event partners
