  • Develop scalable university partnership and ambassador program for Germany
  • Deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns targeting German students
  • Design and optimize culture-first program highlighting high-performing teams
  • Lead events portfolio: source, negotiate, and execute high-impact events
  • Build measurement framework linking brand activity to pipeline quality
