💼 About This Role

You'll lead foreign exchange trading operations for the most established crypto brand in the Philippines. You'll optimize profitability and manage currency risk across fiat-crypto and fiat-fiat exchanges. This role offers the chance to work at a fully BSP-regulated fintech that serves over 18 million users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute and manage FX trades in local and international currency pairs.
• Monitor market movements to inform pricing strategies and hedging positions.
• Manage liquidity across fiat pools to support customer transactions.
• Analyze spreads and arbitrage opportunities across exchanges.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FX trading or treasury.
• Strong knowledge of currency markets and trading platforms.
• Proven track record of profitable trading and risk management.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or CFA certification.
• Familiarity with crypto markets, stablecoins, or fiat on/off ramps.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar market tools.
