🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes globally.
• Conduct balance sheet reviews and reconcile key accounts.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and variance analyses.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.

📋 Requirements

• CPA certification required.
• 5+ years of audit or financial accounting experience.
• Experience with change management or finance transformation.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Big 4 public accounting background.
• System implementation or ERP rollout experience.
