💼 About This Role

You'll lead AI-powered product initiatives from ideation to launch, working with cross-functional teams to ship features like conversational AI and intelligent automation. Your work will directly drive AI transformation across a global fintech platform. You'll also build the internal AI enablement playbook and set success metrics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship AI-powered features to production (chatbots, copilots, trading assistants).
• Lead cross-functional squads of ML engineers, data scientists, and designers.
• Evaluate and integrate LLM/GenAI capabilities into product experiences.
• Define success metrics and run A/B tests for AI features.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with 3+ years leading AI/ML product initiatives.
• Proven track record shipping AI products at scale (chatbots, recommendation systems, NLP).
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, fine-tuning.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms (e.g. Dialogflow, Rasa, custom LLM agents).

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or high-compliance environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders on AI adoption strategy.
• Advanced degree in AI/ML.
