You'll be the first Dev Rel hire, shaping strategy to make developers orders of magnitude more efficient by deploying on Railway. You'll gather feedback, build product adoption loops through content and community, and craft resources to grow the developer ecosystem.

• Strong communication skills in writing, video, or practical projects

• Prioritization skills to handle ambiguity in an early-stage startup
• Comfortable with multiple languages/stacks and creating educational content
