You'll join Cresco Labs' manufacturing facility in Winchester, KY, ensuring product quality and compliance in the cannabis industry. Your core impact will be sampling and inspecting finished products while managing customer complaints and CAPA. This role stands out for its focus on regulatory adherence in a fast-growing, highly regulated market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform finished product sampling and inspection
• Write customer complaints and product investigations
• Review in-process batch documentation for compliance
• Collaborate with operations to troubleshoot defects and CAPA

📋 Requirements

• Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
• Experience in a highly regulated industry (pharma, food, etc.)
• Ability to follow written procedures and monitor adherence
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
