You'll conduct consultative sales for a smart HR and finance platform, prospecting and closing new accounts across Brazil. This role offers autonomy and learning in a fast-paced tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to activation
• Execute 100% outbound prospecting for new accounts
• Hold virtual meetings to present solutions and diagnose needs
• Negotiate with different client profiles to generate new business

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience as Hunter sales executive focusing on new business
• Active prospecting experience (desirable)
• Knowledge of SPIN Selling or BANT methodologies
• Resilient profile with focus on results and excellent communication

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience prospecting and closing medium/large enterprises
• Background in Fintech, Payments, Benefits, or SaaS
• Experience with CRM and lead sourcing tools
