You'll build and scale a world-class Solutions Engineering organization, setting the vision for technical excellence and best practices. Your leadership will drive performance across the entire technical customer journey, from demonstrations to onboarding. You'll partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to strategize go-to-market initiatives.

- Build and scale a Solutions Engineering team
- Drive technical discovery and solution design for enterprise customers
- Translate customer needs into product requirements
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in senior technical pre-sales or Solutions Engineering
- Experience building and scaling pre-sales or Solutions Engineering organizations
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science or Engineering)
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and Linux environments
