💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary Product Owner for Enhanced Direct Enrollment capabilities within a federal healthcare enrollment ecosystem, acting as the liaison between development teams and business stakeholders. Your core impact will be defining and managing the product roadmap to improve digital enrollment experiences for consumers. This role offers remote flexibility and the opportunity to drive digital transformation in healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features for EDE capabilities.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, QA, and integration teams for deployments.
• Track post-launch metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support release planning.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of product management or product ownership experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare, health insurance, or regulated government programs.
• Experience with digital enrollment systems or consumer-facing healthcare platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Agile backlogs, roadmaps, and iterative delivery.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
