You'll be the primary provider of direct services to guests at the Royal Oak Music Theater, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. You'll answer questions, scan tickets, seat guests, and handle complaints. This role offers hands-on event experience in a vibrant live entertainment environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scan tickets and administer wristbands for entry.
• Answer guest questions and direct them to key venue areas.
• Seat guests and assist ADA patrons.
• Enforce venue policies and procedures.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
