Description

You will lead clients through Stripe's integration process, managing the full implementation cycle for mid-market and enterprise companies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft custom solutions and help establish a new regional office.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience working with customers at a technology company
• Hands-on experience with APIs including testing and troubleshooting
• Proficiency with API testing tools like Postman or Swagger
• Project management experience on large user-facing projects
• Excellent communication in German and English

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation cycle from signed-to-live for mid-market and enterprise companies
• Develop and project manage customer integration strategy, plan and timeline
• Manage client relationships and engage in business-level and technical conversations with C-suite
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft custom solutions
• Help build scalable account deployment processes
