💼 About This Role

You'll manage and organize medical records for personal injury cases at Witherite Law Group. You'll ensure records are ordered and follow up with providers for timely case support. This role offers growth in a Top Workplace recognized firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Order medical, billing, and radiology records with or without affidavit.
• Follow up on pending records bi-weekly, pay invoices, schedule couriers.
• Upload and save all records to Filevine as they arrive.
• OCR and redact client records for Case Managers and Paralegals.
• Search for and verify subrogation liens from hospitals and Medicaid.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff personal injury law firm experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion with confidential information.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Needles case management software.
• Knowledge of personal injury law involving motor vehicle accidents.
