You'll lead the engineering strategy for a team of 30 engineers in Japan, owning key technical decisions and delivery. You'll drive operational excellence and collaborate across product, delivery, and client teams to shape a smarter, sustainable energy system. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define engineering strategy and roadmap for 3 squads
• Manage 5-7 leads, set growth plans and succession
• Drive capacity planning, hiring, and interviewing
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product and delivery

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading large high-performance engineering teams
• Strong delivery sense balancing speed, quality, and priorities
• Excellent communication in English and Japanese
• Ability to operate independently with strategic decision-making
