Description

You will develop innovative strategies to identify and engage world-class talent across key UK European universities, guide candidates through the pipeline, and drive growth in a full-life cycle recruiting role. You will own end-to-end candidate pipelines, shape regional recruitment strategy, and execute attraction strategies including events and sourcing campaigns.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of full-time experience in corporate recruitment, campus recruitment, agency or executive search
• Fluency in English essential
• Native level proficiency in Italian, German, Dutch, Swedish or any Nordic language preferable
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
• Passion for working with early career talent
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in fast-paced environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
