🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop innovative concepts for organizational development integrating AI and flow principles
• Steer large transformation programs with top management stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end value stream or flow transformations in complex organizations
• Optimize work through flow and performance metrics

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in organizational or process transformation projects
• Experience in lean, flow, and agile operating model concepts at enterprise level
• Proven ability to scale data, analytics, and AI for process steering
• Excellent German and English communication skills
