💼 About This Role

You'll develop statistical demand forecasts and collaborate with Sales to drive accurate demand signals for the S&OP process. This role supports product-level and customer-level forecasting in a manufacturing environment, enabling effective supply planning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts using ERP and forecasting tools.
• Collaborate with Sales to gather market intelligence and improve forecast accuracy.
• Participate in monthly S&OP demand review process.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes of error.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2+ years of demand planning or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (INFOR/SyteLine preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• APICS CPIM or IBF CPF certification.
• Experience with statistical forecasting tools.
