You'll be the design partner across the product at Parsley Health, working with the founding team on growth, clinician tools, and member experiences. Your core impact is codifying design patterns so engineers can ship with AI while keeping the experience unmistakably Parsley.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape growth flows: marketing site, acquisition, membership conversion.
• Design clinician tools for functional medicine delivery.
• Craft member experiences for labs, protocols, and behavior change.
• Evolve component library and guide AI-assisted prototyping.

📋 Requirements

• Strong product design toolkit: hypothesis to polished UI.
• Fluent in IA, interaction, and visual craft.
• Experience collaborating with AI as a design partner.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with abstract goals.
