Requirements

• Degree in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering or related field
• Experience in battery cell design or product development
• Knowledge of Li-ion and Li-metal electrochemistry
• Hands-on experience with cell assembly and testing
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-energy-density Li-Metal and Li-ion battery cells
• Integrate AI-discovered electrolyte materials into cell design
• Optimize cell performance for transportation, energy storage, and robotics applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on R&D and manufacturing
• Contribute to cell prototyping and testing
