🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement complex features and architecture
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality
• Serve as main technical point of contact for clients
• Mentor software engineers through pair programming and 1:1s

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of tech experience
• 1+ year as a Tech Lead
• Web development expertise (front-end, back-end, database, CI/CD)
• DevOps skills with Docker, containers, Kubernetes
