💼 About This Role

You'll set up and operate VAR technology at the Serie A and Serie B Replay Centre, working directly with match officials to deliver real-time replays that impact top-flight football matches. You'll gain exposure to UEFA Champions League and FIFA World Cup tournaments as you grow in the role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up Hawk-Eye technology in the Replay Centre before matches
• Conduct pre-match system checks per standard procedures
• Operate VAR systems during live matches
• Monitor hardware/software performance and troubleshoot issues

• Strong technical grounding with interest in technology
• Excellent problem-solving skills under high pressure
• Ability to work weekends and midweek evenings on a flexible schedule
• Attentive listening skills in a live broadcast environment
