You'll design and build AI systems powering matchmaking, ranking, and automation on Paraform's recruitment marketplace. Your work will directly improve how recruiters and companies interact through LLM-driven features and agentic workflows. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop LLM-driven retrieval pipelines and agentic workflows
• Own end-to-end AI systems from data pipelines to production
• Design evaluation frameworks measuring real-world performance
• Collaborate with product, ML, and full-stack teams

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience building and shipping AI systems
• Strong Python and TypeScript experience
• Experience building agentic systems for real user outcomes
• Worked at a growing AI-native startup (Series A-D)

• Experience with LLM-powered applications and retrieval systems
• Familiarity with traditional ML (ranking, recommendation, classification)
• Experience with tool-using agents or AI-driven automation
