You'll serve as the ultimate coach, mentor, and guide for up-and-coming BCBAs, ensuring top-notch clinical care at one of our Learning Centers. Your core impact is sharing expertise and shaping future leaders while keeping the process engaging.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet weekly billable requirement of 22.5 hours
• Conduct initial assessments and FBAs
• Maintain own 2-tiered client caseload
• Observe cases and provide feedback to BCBAs

📋 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with BACB
• Minimum 3 years post-certification as Clinical Supervisor/BCBA (external)
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
