You'll source and qualify Value Added Resellers (VARs) for a fast-growing fintech channel program. Your day-to-day work directly shapes how Ramp scales its partner acquisition motion.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Source and qualify new reseller partners through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Engage senior personas to introduce Ramp's reseller program.
- Build top-of-funnel pipeline for Channel Partner Managers.
- Maintain partner and opportunity data in Salesforce.
📋 Requirements
- Builder's mindset with excitement to shape acquisition motions.
- Strong communication skills with a consultative tone.
- Experience in partnerships, channel sales, or outbound sales.
- Organizational discipline to manage outbound motions and track metrics.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience prospecting into resellers/distributors.
- Exposure to partner ecosystems in B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Background in sales at a high-growth startup.
