You'll source and qualify Value Added Resellers (VARs) for a fast-growing fintech channel program. Your day-to-day work directly shapes how Ramp scales its partner acquisition motion.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Source and qualify new reseller partners through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Engage senior personas to introduce Ramp's reseller program.
  • Build top-of-funnel pipeline for Channel Partner Managers.
  • Maintain partner and opportunity data in Salesforce.

📋 Requirements

  • Builder's mindset with excitement to shape acquisition motions.
  • Strong communication skills with a consultative tone.
  • Experience in partnerships, channel sales, or outbound sales.
  • Organizational discipline to manage outbound motions and track metrics.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience prospecting into resellers/distributors.
  • Exposure to partner ecosystems in B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Background in sales at a high-growth startup.
