Description

You will own big, mission-critical problem spaces in the criminal justice system, turning them into high-impact software. You'll lead strategy and execution for state partner portfolios, conduct product discovery, define metrics, and build a strong product culture. Your work will directly help reduce incarceration and improve outcomes for justice-impacted individuals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience building user-facing software
• Strong product sense and strategic intuition
• Comfortable leading through ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect data
• Proven ability to collaborate with complex stakeholders
• Willing to travel 10-25% domestically, including visits to prisons and parole offices
