You'll lead end-to-end consumer research to shape marketing, product, and creative decisions, partnering with cross-functional teams to turn data into compelling narratives. Your insights will directly influence how Smartly and its customers connect with audiences.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead research from problem definition to insight delivery
- Partner with teams to identify business questions and shape agendas
- Design and execute brand tracking, creative testing, and audience studies
- Synthesize multiple data sources into cohesive insights
π Requirements
- Consumer insights or market research experience in tech or digital advertising
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Proven ability to turn research into clear narratives for stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing or product teams
