💼 About This Role

You'll join the IT organization at Five9, managing Enterprise Applications and supporting the Order-to-Cash ecosystem. You'll work closely with business teams to improve billing and invoicing processes and lead requirements gathering and UAT for system enhancements. This role offers the chance to operate at the intersection of IT and finance operations in a cloud contact center leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery and requirements meetings with business stakeholders
• Translate business requests into functional specifications for developers
• Document process flows using Lucidchart and Visio
• Plan and execute UAT, including test cases and defect triage

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years as a Business Systems Analyst in Finance/Billing/O2C
• Solid understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes including subscription billing
• Experience with usage-based billing platforms like LogiSense or Zuora
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with backlog refinement
