💼 About This Role

You'll join the Platform Developer Experience team at Spotify to build tools that improve how engineers develop. You'll work on AI-powered developer workflows, making agent behavior reliable and scalable. This role focuses on building developer tooling and services used by thousands of engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and deliver AI developer experience by authoring agent context
• Build skills and workflows for reliable AI agent behavior
• Improve TechDocs platform and supporting services
• Debug and resolve issues across local dev to cloud services

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years experience with TypeScript and Node.js
• Experience building or integrating LLM-powered coding agents
• Familiarity with search design patterns (vector search, Elasticsearch)
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems with Docker and Kubernetes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building tools or platforms for other engineers
• Familiarity with developer portals or internal platform tooling
• Experience with MkDocs or docs-as-code workflows
