💼 About This Role

You'll join the People Operations team, driving operational excellence from onboarding to offboarding. You'll balance compliance programs and employee engagement events to bring culture to life in a hybrid San Francisco environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage seamless onboarding and offboarding processes coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems ensuring compliance.
• Assist in administering compensation programs including salary reviews and benchmarking.
• Plan and execute company-wide events and All Hands meetings.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance standards, and people systems (HRIS/ATS).
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics for employee events including All Hands meetings.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

• Experience with Radford leveling or compensation benchmarking.
• Familiarity with automation and system optimization.
