🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule interviews across multiple time zones for recruiting teams.
• Maintain ATS systems, job postings, and candidate pipelines.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain People data and documentation across internal systems.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3+ years in People Operations or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• High ownership mindset with bias for action.
• Comfortable working async in remote-first environments.
