Description

You will manage venue budgets, coordinate with procurement and contracts teams, and work with finance to forecast cash flows and identify financial risks for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Requirements

• Manage project costs in major temporary events or complex infrastructure delivery programs
• Experience with cost management tools and financial reporting
• Ability to collaborate with venue managers, directors, and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage budgets across several venues in a sports cluster or group
• Forecast cash flows with Finance, categorizing costs according to agreed reporting groups
• Review invoices in partnership with Venue Delivery teams
• Coordinate with Procurement and Contracts teams to reconcile tender documents to approved budgets
• Anticipate and identify financial risks, prepare consistent review and approvals across all infrastructure venue projects
