📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record building and scaling platform teams
• Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments

• Prior co-founder or early-stage experience
• Experience with CI/CD, experimentation frameworks like Harness
