📋 Requirements

• 2+ years recruiting and/or HR experience with at least 2 years in university recruiting
• Ability to travel up to 25% to college campuses for recruiting events
• Experience in mid to large scale early career recruiting programs and high volume
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipelines
