💼 About This Role

You'll provide full technical support to users and IT infrastructure in Shanghai, working with the global IT team on projects from concept to production. You'll ensure the best possible experience for employees through hardware/software support and device lifecycle management. Automation and scripting are key to scaling with our growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with manager and global IT team on IT projects
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
• Handle device lifecycle management including provisioning and deployment
• Provide hands-on support for hardware and software troubleshooting

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience as an IT technician
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English (Business Level)
• Experience in MacOS/Windows/SaaS/MDM/Network
• Familiarity with core business applications like Jira, Confluence, and Slack

✨ Nice to Have

• Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation
• Familiarity with developer tools such as GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins
• Experience with Okta or similar cloud identity provider
