You'll lead HR operations for Ruggable's new Australian site, building the function from the ground up. Your core impact will be creating a high-performing, compliant workplace while acting as a trusted partner to site leadership. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits for AU site.
• Manage full hiring lifecycle from intake through onboarding.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and team development.
• Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and safety standards.
• Monitor engagement and provide data-driven improvement recommendations.

📋 Requirements

• HR Generalist background across recruiting, ER, performance management.
• Experience in a People Ops/HR role with high autonomy.
• Working knowledge of Australian employment law.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing or operations environments.
• Exposure to HR systems (Payroll, ATS, HRIS).
• CIPD qualification or equivalent.
