🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to all business areas.
• Troubleshoot complex issues like SSO and network configurations.
• Identify and automate manual processes.
• Manage office tech: networks, meeting rooms, printers.

📋 Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of enterprise IT experience.
• Experience with SAML, OIDC, and OAuth SSO technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SCIM provisioning.
• Scripting and API automation experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Okta, Kandji, Kolide, Zscaler, Meraki, HiBob.
• macOS and Windows MDM deployment experience.
• Experience designing office networks using Cisco Meraki.
