You'll lead complex procurement and supplier integration for fusion energy capital projects, driving the execution of first-of-a-kind initiatives. Your core impact is managing long-term assignments with loosely defined outcomes for the ARC1 build.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute complex sourcing and procurement plans for capital construction projects
• Manage contractual frameworks and negotiate long-term agreements
• Serve as primary integration point for senior leadership at external firms
• Develop procurement tools, policies, and performance programs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
• Proven track record leading procurement for complex construction projects
• Proficiency in construction should-cost modeling and budget tracking
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business

• Master's degree or relevant certifications (CCM, CPSM)
