You'll own the HR data architecture and analytics, integrating Talent Acquisition (Lever) and Financial Planning (Runway) systems. Your core impact is turning workforce data into strategic business intelligence, directly influencing hiring efficiency and cost optimization. You'll ensure 100% data integrity across platforms to drive ROI on talent investments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Integrate data from Lever and Runway into a single source of truth.
• Monitor headcount vs. budget and alert on financial deviations.
• Calculate and monitor HR financial metrics like ROI and HCVA.
• Design automated dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Measure recruitment funnel efficiency and cost-per-hire.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in HR data analysis or financial control.
• Expert Excel/Google Sheets with Power Query and financial models.
• Advanced Power BI or Tableau with DAX and visualization.
• Experience with Lever or similar ATS and planning tools.
