You will oversee pick-and-pack operations in a cold production environment, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. You'll use Tableau and Google Sheets to track progress and lead a bilingual team while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with Slack, Geneva, and Gmail
• Ability to work in a cold production environment
• Strong ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Authorized to work in Canada

Responsibilities

• Supervise pick-and-pack operations to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
• Monitor order progress and troubleshoot operational issues
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to optimize team performance
• Track order progress and team performance using Tableau and Google Sheets
• Enforce adherence to SOPs and ensure orders meet quality standards
