Description

As a Speech Language Pathologist with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to adult and geriatric patients in their homes throughout the Salem, NH communities. You'll perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and educate patients and families, using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet for documentation.

Requirements

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in New Hampshire
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or equivalent
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
• Prior home care experience a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Perform evaluations for speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders
• Educate patients and family members on rehabilitative care
• Document observations and interventions using electronic tablet
