💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and support daily operations. You'll also assist in meeting sales targets and maintaining store standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away.
• Open and close the store, process sales transactions, and close register.
• Assist with planogram changes, including store map and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds.
