💼 About This Role

You'll own partner-led distribution and revenue for Fin's global payments app, identifying high-potential partners and closing deals. Your impact directly shapes the future of global money movement through stablecoin-powered payments. You'll work with a Series A company backed by Sequoia and Circle.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and prioritize high-potential partners for embedding payments.
  • Own partner-led distribution and revenue with clear targets.
  • Structure and negotiate deals with commercial terms and incentives.
  • Work with product and engineering to move partnerships from idea to live.

📋 Requirements

  • 3–10+ years in business development or partnerships in fintech/payments.
  • Track record of turning partnerships into real distribution or revenue.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills for structuring deals.
  • Comfort operating in an early-stage, low-process environment.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with financial or fintech vendors (banks, processors, etc.).
  • Deep network within fintech and payments.
  • Experience driving distribution for payments or global money movement.
