💼 About This Role

You'll join Cortica's team delivering behavior-analytic services to children with neurodevelopmental differences using a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming model. You'll implement positive behavior strategies and document session data to support treatment goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate closely with families and supervisors.
• Follow crisis protocols including de-escalation and mandated reporting.

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Ability to travel within a 30-40 minute radius with reliable transportation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with autism is a plus.
• Bachelor's or master's degree.
• Tech-savvy with EMR and Microsoft Office.
