You'll prospect and close new merchants for Teya, a fast-growing fintech empowering small businesses in Italy. Your core impact is driving field sales to acquire customers in your territory. This role offers hands-on training to become a product expert while representing the company locally.

- Prospect and acquire new customers in assigned territory
- Participate in morning team meetings to set goals
- Manage active client portfolio and post-sales activities
- Provide excellent personalized customer service
๐ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a commercial role with short sales cycles
- Proven track record of hitting commercial targets in field sales
- Passion for supporting small businesses
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
