You'll serve as the primary point of contact, driving impactful analytics projects from inception to delivery. This role blends customer success with data analytics to drive measurable business outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead customer engagement and analytics projects from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and customers.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in customer-facing roles like Engagement Manager or Customer Success.
• Proven track record managing large-scale analytics projects with diverse teams.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Experience using SQL, Python, R, and/or Tableau for data analytics.

✨ Nice to Have

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• 3+ years at a big-3 consulting firm.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
