You'll join a team supporting oncology therapeutic programs, using X-ray crystallography and cryo-EM to drive small molecule design. You'll determine high-resolution structures of compound-driven complexes, directly impacting RAS-targeted cancer therapies in a fast-paced biotech environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute cryo-EM and X-ray crystallography experiments
  • Perform cryo-EM grid screening, optimization, data collection, and refinement
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate structural data
  • Maintain detailed records and report to internal and external colleagues

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • PhD in structural biology or related field with 2-5 years post-doctoral experience
  • Hands-on cryo-EM sample preparation and data analysis
  • Proficiency in CryoSPARC, RELION, Phenix, and Coot
  • Strong record of solving challenging cryo-EM problems

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with protein crystallization and X-ray data collection
  • Biophysical characterization methods (SEC-MALS, SPR, NMR, etc.)
  • Experience with protein-protein complexes (antibodies, molecular glues, PROTACs)
