๐ผ About This Role
You'll join a team supporting oncology therapeutic programs, using X-ray crystallography and cryo-EM to drive small molecule design. You'll determine high-resolution structures of compound-driven complexes, directly impacting RAS-targeted cancer therapies in a fast-paced biotech environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Plan and execute cryo-EM and X-ray crystallography experiments
- Perform cryo-EM grid screening, optimization, data collection, and refinement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate structural data
- Maintain detailed records and report to internal and external colleagues
๐ Requirements
- PhD in structural biology or related field with 2-5 years post-doctoral experience
- Hands-on cryo-EM sample preparation and data analysis
- Proficiency in CryoSPARC, RELION, Phenix, and Coot
- Strong record of solving challenging cryo-EM problems
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with protein crystallization and X-ray data collection
- Biophysical characterization methods (SEC-MALS, SPR, NMR, etc.)
- Experience with protein-protein complexes (antibodies, molecular glues, PROTACs)
