🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as dedicated technical advisor for high-value enterprise accounts
• Guide customers through API integration design and implementation
• Lead onboarding and technical enablement for API and data pipelines
• Provide product feedback to Engineering based on customer needs

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical customer-facing role
• Proven experience managing strategic accounts with complex integrations
• Deep understanding of APIs, data transformation, and RESTful integrations
• Familiarity with enterprise security ecosystems (SIEMs, SOAR, IAM)

• Familiarity with fraud prevention or threat intelligence
